Metabolic Health & Hormone Balance
You’re tired, your sleep is broken, and you’ve been told your bloods are fine. You know that’s not the whole story.
I work with women over 40 to get to the root of what’s driving their symptoms – and build a plan that actually holds.
Most women who come to me have already tried things. They’ve read the books, changed their diet, cut out alcohol for a month. What they haven’t had is someone look at their specific biology and tell them why it isn’t working – and what to do instead.

Coaching Programmes
Whether you’re just starting out or ready to commit to deeper transformation, there’s a path to suit your needs.
28-Day Programme for Perimenopause & Menopause
Only £7
A focused, self-paced programme covering the fundamentals: blood sugar balance, inflammation, sleep, and hormone-friendly habits. You’ll finish with a clearer picture of what’s been driving your symptoms and a set of practical habits you. The right starting point if you want to see what’s possible before committing to anything bigger.
90-Minute ‘Your Bloods Are Fine’ Session
£97
A focused 90-minute session for women over 40 who know something is wrong – and keep being told it isn’t. You’ll come in with your symptom picture; you’ll leave with a clear map of what’s most likely driving it, and two or three concrete starting points you can act on immediately. A written summary follows within 48 hours.
12-Week Next Level Health Reset
£297
A guided 12-week online programme for women who want to build a personalised lifestyle plan rooted in functional medicine principles. You’ll work through energy, movement, stress, and recovery at a pace that fits your life – and come out the other side confident, energised, and with habits that actually hold. Women who complete it regularly tell me it’s the first time they’ve understood their own body rather than fighting it.
Before starting coaching with Tanja, I was a shell of the person I am today. I struggled with chronic pain, life-impacting menopause symptoms, and the inability to turn my “big ideas” into action due to analysis paralysis and my own limiting beliefs. My physical and mental health have transformed completely. I no longer suffer from chronic pain or debilitating menopause symptoms. I now have a clear plan in place with achievable goals. My spirit is truly on fire!
Personalised Multi-Session 1:1 Coaching
From £550
Personalised 1:1 support to address the root causes of your symptoms across metabolic health, hormones, gut health, sleep, and stress. For women who are done managing symptoms and ready to make a real shift. This is where the deeper patterns get addressed. Coaching clients often describe it as the point where things fell into place for them.
Tanja has been amazing support since I have started working with her. She has offered advice and techniques to help focus the mind and overcome difficulties in every aspect of life and to help create new directions.
Things worth knowing before you decide
I already know what I should be doing – so why isn't it working?
Knowing what’s good for you in general and understanding what your body specifically needs are two different things. Most women who come to me are well-informed. The missing piece is usually implementation – translating that knowledge into the right changes, in the right order, for your particular symptoms, your particular history, your particular life. Until a healthy lifestyle becomes second nature, knowledge alone doesn’t move the needle.
I don't know which option is right for me.
Start with the 28-Day Programme. It’s £7, it’s self-paced, and it gives you a clear sense of the approach before committing to anything more. Many clients who start there go on to deeper work once they see what shifts.
Is this going to be personalised to me, or is it another generic programme?
Everything we do is built around you – your symptoms, your history, your lifestyle, your goals. Even the 28-Day Programme, which is self-paced, is designed around the specific patterns that affect women in perimenopause and menopause, creating your personal healthy lifestyle.
How is this different from seeing a nutritionist or a functional medicine doctor?
A nutritionist focuses primarily on food. A functional medicine doctor can prescribe. What I do sits between the two. I look at the full picture – with or without lab tests, depending on your preference and what data we need – across metabolic and gut health, hormones, stress, movement, and sleep, and work with you over time to implement changes that stick. Most clients find they get more time, more personalisation, and more ongoing support than a clinical appointment can offer. The short answer: more time, more joined-up thinking, and someone in your corner between sessions.
